By placing an order with Midwest Sassy Gal LLC, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms, conditions, and store policies.

📌 ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Accidental orders

  • Duplicate orders

  • Orders placed by children

  • Incorrect sizes, colors, or variants selected by the customer

Midwest Sassy Gal LLC is not responsible for customer error at checkout.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All customized, personalized, and made-to-order items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.

Holiday & Promotional Sale Orders

Orders placed during major promotions (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, seasonal sales, and special event sales) are final sale due to steep discount pricing.

📦 SHIPPING POLICY

  • Once your order is shipped, Midwest Sassy Gal LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by USPS, UPS, or any shipping carrier.

  • Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.

  • We do not refund shipping costs under any circumstances.

🔁 RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for store credit only, and only for eligible items.

Return Window

  • Clothing items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must email us first to start the return process.

Return Requirements

To be eligible, clothing must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of odors, pet hair, stains, or damage

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

Items received without prior return authorization, items outside the return window, or items that appear worn/washed will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns

  • No exchanges due to limited inventory — simply repurchase the item you want

🚫 FINAL SALE ITEMS (NO RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS)

The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason:

  • Accessories

  • Shoes

  • Jewelry

  • Swimwear

  • Undergarments

  • Home décor

  • Rugs

  • Hats

  • Holiday items

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Deal-of-the-day / limited-time deals

  • Grab bags or mystery bags

  • Autographed apparel

  • Any items purchased with store credit or gift cards

Once an item is labeled FINAL SALE, it is not returnable under any circumstances.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed your order for accuracy prior to checkout

  • You understand that order mistakes made by the customer cannot be changed or refunded

  • You agree to all stated store policies
