Processing Time



  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days on RTS items. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders with our in house graphics are made to order. They are typically processed within 7-14 business days.




Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.




Order Tracking



  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.




Shipping Delays



  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), shipping times may be longer.




Wrong Address Disclaimer



  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.




Lost or Stolen Packages



  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Midwest Sassy Gal Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is missing, please contact your local post office or carrier.




International Shipping



  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
