Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days on RTS items.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Orders with our in house graphics are made to order. They are typically processed within 7-14 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), shipping times may be longer.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Midwest Sassy Gal Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact your local post office or carrier.
